Return Policy – Cooknex Cookware

Do you have questions about the Cooknex return policy? This easy-to-understand guide explains how the Cooknex product return and replacement process works, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

Online shopping for premium cookware in Pakistan is fast and convenient. While we strive to deliver exactly what you expect, there may be rare instances where a product does not meet your needs—such as receiving the wrong size, color, or a damaged or defective item. In such cases, the Cooknex Returns & Replacement Policy is designed to support you.

Eligible Products for Free Replacement

Cooknex-fulfilled products, Prime-eligible items, and select seller-fulfilled items may qualify for free replacement, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is eligible and within the return window
  • The same product is in stock
  • If the item is out of stock, replacement will not be possible

Conditions for Free Replacement

A free replacement may be requested through our Online Returns Center if any of the following apply:

  • Product received is physically damaged
  • Product has missing parts or accessories
  • Product differs from its description on the Cooknex product page
  • Product is defective or not functioning properly

Once the original item is returned, the replacement will be shipped via standard delivery at no additional cost.


Exchanges or Claims

Unused Cooknex cookware products may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

Please note:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange, claim, or return.

Refund Policy

Cooknex follows a No Refund policy on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, depending on the payment method used.

Credit / Debit Card Payments

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund includes the product price and applicable taxes
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Please allow 7 working days for return processing and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement

Online Order Cancellations

You may cancel your Cooknex online order any time before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and only the Exchange / Claim Policy will apply.

Cooknex reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification issues
